Weight Loss Exercises: Creative ways to Burn Fat

Sometimes following the same exercise routing day in and day out can be extremely boring. Mixing it up a little bit is not so bad.

Some creative ways to burn fat include the following:

Volunteer to help people move every chance you get. You would be surprise how much fat you can burn while lifting and transporting objects repetitively. This is a great stress reliever, too. Be careful to use proper lifting procedures (with your knees or hips and not your back) so you do not hurt your self though.

Go out dancing once in awhile. There is nothing wrong with going out and shaking your “booty” just a little bit. While doing so you may just burn a few calories off that behind. You probably will also tone your lower calf muscles too, and maybe your biceps if you use quite a bit of hand movements while you dance.

Take a bike ride. Even at a moderate pace, you can cool off on a hot summer day. In the process, you might work up a sweat and enjoy the countryside all at the same time. So your behind does not get sore you should invest in a wide seat for your bike.

Walk on a nature trail. If you feel more at peace outdoors, take a walk on a nature trail. These are often located in local parks. Trails are suitable for people of all fitness levels. Maybe you can take a camcorder or a digital camera along and take snapshots of birds, trees, meadow scenery, or small ground animals.

Consider a more “physical” line of work. For instance, if you currently are employed at a sit-down job you probably do not burn very many fat and calories. Therefore, maybe you should consider another profession such as cleaning or retail work.

Use the stairs instead of the elevator. This is a free version of the “stair climbing” that is usually done in a workout gym. Doing this a few times a day can really keep you in shape. The more set of stairs you climb the more fit you will be.
